These terms are an agreement between you and Restock Hero (“we,” “us,” or “the app”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Restock Hero.

What Restock Hero is

Restock Hero is a free tool that helps you scan household products, compare unit prices across retailers, and follow links to buy at the best price. It is a shopping aid, not a store. We do not sell products or process payments, and purchases happen on the retailer websites.

Prices are estimates, not guarantees

Prices and product details in the app are gathered from third-party retailers and product databases. They can be inaccurate, delayed, out of date, or unavailable by the time you check out. Always confirm the current price, size, and availability on the retailer's own website before you buy. We do not guarantee that any price shown is accurate or that any product is in stock.

Affiliate relationship

When you buy through links in the app, we may earn a commission from the retailer or an affiliate network such as Amazon Associates or Sovrn Commerce. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. This never changes the price you pay. Our recommendations are based on the unit-price comparison, not on which link pays us more.

Your account

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your login details accurate.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.
• Accounts are for individual use. Do not share your account credentials.
• You must be able to form a binding contract to use the app.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract data from the app, or place unreasonable load on our systems.
• Reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the app.
• Misuse the app in a way that harms other users, retailers, or us.

Intellectual property

The Restock Hero name, design, and original content are ours. Retailer names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners, and their appearance in the app does not imply endorsement.

Service provided as is

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that price data is correct or that the app will be uninterrupted or error free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Restock Hero is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any purchasing decision you make based on information in the app. You are responsible for verifying prices and details before buying.

Changes and termination

We may update the app and these terms over time. When we change these terms, we will update the effective date above. We may suspend or end access to the app, and you may stop using it or delete your account, at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
